Vista Bank completes the integration of all RoPay payment methods for individuals

Vista Bank announces the integration of all RoPay payment methods dedicated to individuals, following the successful implementation of four new types of payments performed by scanning RoPay QR codes: POS payments, eCommerce payments, bill payments, and merchant payments using static QR codes.
Thus, Vista Bank closes the full cycle of RoPay payments for individuals and provides its clients with access to the entire range of options to send and receive money, available within the national instant payment system RoPay, developed by TRANSFOND.
The new functionalities complement the RoPay services for individuals already available in the Vista Mobile Banking application, which include proximity payments via RoPay QR codes, RoPay contactless payments, and money transfers made solely based on the phone number – RoPay Alias.

To implement the new RoPay service, Vista Bank collaborates with Getik, a Romanian technology company specialized in digital solutions for the banking industry.
