Vista Bank was multiple awarded for its online banking services performance during 2019, within the Online Banking Gala 2020. Thus, the results obtained by the new services Vista Internet Banking and Vista Mobile Banking were rewarded with 3 awards:
Category “Best Performance in Internet Banking”
- The most important increase in the total value of transactions
Category “Best Performance in Mobile Banking”
- The largest total number of customers
- The highest total value of transactions
At the award ceremony, Mr. Cornel Stănescu, Deputy CEO Vista Bank, stated: “If I were to define in one word the evolution of Vista Bank in 2019, it would be TRANSFORMATION. We went through an extensive rebranding process, we redefined strategies and optimized processes, we benefited from a capital infusion of over 40 million euros. We focused on improving the offline and online experience of our customers, by strengthening personalized relationships and launching a new generation of products and services. The development of new versions of Vista Internet and Mobile Banking was part of this process. I consider the recognition received today a merit shared between Vista Bank team and customers, whose trust and appreciation were reflected in significant increases both in the degree of online services adoption and in the volumes performed. The Online Banking Gala, organized by the Finmedia trust and the Piata Financiara magazine, has reached its XII edition this year and is an annual event that analyzes and rewards the banks performance in the field of internet and mobile banking services.
